We're sorry to hear this. Please send an email to info@tandjscents.co.uk with your order number and a picture of the issue, we will then resolve within 48 business hours by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

However, please note that we do not replace or issue refunds for our wax melts which have arrived snapped. This can happen during the postal process We're afraid.

If you subscribed before the 15th of the month then your first box will be despatched within 5 business days. If you subscribed on or after the 15th then you'll receive the following month's box which we aimed to despatch by the second week of that month.

For example - if you subscribed on the 16th March then you'll receive your first box in the second week of April and won't be billed again until 1st May.

Just sign into your account and navigate to 'manage subscriptions' you'll be able to cancel from there. Please remember, you are only able to cancel your membership after your first renewal date.

Yes mostly of our products are recycle.
BUT not reed, top cap of reed diffuser also car top cap, please throw them in general bin.
Other rest, please throw them in correct recycle bin.
Also our package box are recycle too.
